Job Description:
Looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who is interested in a long-term opportunity helping shape an already successful private wealth office. Individual must be detail oriented, process, and service oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Prepare and process custodian paperwork (account applications, transfer of account forms, money movement requests, etc.)
  • Open new accounts and perform account maintenance
  • Daily duties include handling phones, filing e-filing, client meeting preparation, and mailings
  • Interact closely with clients and respond timely to questions or issues
  • Maintain a mindset of continual learning to keep current with custodian processes, compliance updates, fraud and cybersecurity threats, and financial markets
  • Assist with other tasks to ensure that we are exceeding our needs of our clients

Preferred Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred - not required)
  • 2+ years of related experience in financial planning, wealth management, accounting or banking (preferred - not required)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and CRM

Additional Details

  • Due to the financial nature of the work you will be required to be fingerprinted and pass a criminal background check and credit check

Job Type:

  • Full-Time (8 hours/day Monday-Friday – 7:30-4:00 with flexibility) Pay: $37,000-52,000/year (commensurate with experience) – 90 day review with potential for salary increase
